1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mama Mobile services (operated by Anu Global Consultants, Al. Jana Pawla II 43A/37B, 01-001 Warsaw, Poland), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Mama Mobile provides digital eSIM data plans for international travelers. Our services include:

• Purchase and activation of eSIM profiles for mobile devices.
• Access to local, regional, and global data plans.
• Account management, order tracking, and customer support.

eSIMs are digital and delivered via QR code or direct installation. No physical SIM card is shipped.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase eSIM plans. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at info@anugc.com. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Purchases and Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets.
• eSIM plans are activated upon successful payment confirmation.
• Validity periods begin upon first data usage, not upon purchase, unless otherwise stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit purchased eSIM plans.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks.
• Use automated scripts to access our platform without permission.

7. Device Compatibility

eSIM functionality requires a compatible, unlocked device. It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase. We provide a compatibility checker tool on our website but cannot guarantee accuracy for all device models and firmware versions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mama Mobile and Anu Global Consultants shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific plan giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email.
