Does an eSIM replace my regular SIM?
No. The eSIM runs alongside your physical SIM. Keep your home number for calls and texts and use the eSIM for data abroad.
When does my plan start?
For most plans the validity period starts when your eSIM first connects to a supported network. Some plans start at installation, so check the plan details before you buy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days on eSIMs that have not been installed or used. Once an eSIM is installed or any data is used, the plan is non-refundable. If an eSIM fails to activate because of a fault on our side, we will refund or replace it.
Is my phone compatible?
Most phones from 2019 onwards support eSIM, such as iPhone XS and newer, Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S and Z models. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked.
Do the plans include calls and SMS?
No. Plans are data-only. Your regular SIM continues to handle calls and SMS as usual.
How fast is the connection?
Your eSIM connects to local 4G/LTE and 5G partner networks in each country. Actual speed depends on coverage at your location.
